Steps:
1.	Click on an arc.
2.	Enter an angle (positive, in degrees above the horizontal) and length.
fi	A tangent is drawn on the arc with the selected angle and length.
Note:
The side of the arc from which the tangent is drawn is determined by where you click on the arc.
